What is the cost of shipping? Where and how do you ship?

Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States is a flat $5 whether you buy a couch or a votive. It’s always 5 bucks. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Canada and other US territories when possible.
